The following charts illustrate the structure of Southern DHB at a governance level, the regional executive management team and the provider arms (hospital services).

Please note: a single provider arm structure is being progressed for the Southern DHB, so that clinical services will be overseen by one provider arm organisation unit rather than the separate structures that existed under the Southland and Otago DHBs).
