We have a vacancy in our inpatient orthopaedic physiotherapy team providing an opportunity to develop a senior level skill set for Physiotherapists ideally with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the inpatient setting.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for physiotherapy, enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are driven and proactive in developing and learning new skills. To be able to work autonomously, managing and prioritising a caseload within the inpatient setting and developing on-going advanced skills. This role also provide support for students, new graduates and rotational staff.
We take pride in supporting our staff to grow as clinicians so we run a well-developed on-going support and professional development programme. The team provides regular in-services, senior staff mentoring, peer review, a comprehensive on-call competency training framework and access to course and conference funding.
There are opportunities to work within a number of clinical areas including: ICU, Cardiorespiratory, Surgery, Neurology and particularly Orthopaedics.
