Nurse Educator – Children’s Ward

Dunedin Hospital

Fixed term, part time

The Children’s Ward at Dunedin Hospital are looking for a part time Nurse Educator to join their team to cover a Fixed Term Contract until October 2018.

 

Are you a registered nurse with at least 3 years’ experience in Children’s Health? You will have exceptional communication skills, and the ability to present and teach to a range of different learning styles.  A skilled practitioner, you will keep abreast of developments in the relevant areas of nursing with the ability to change and adapt your teaching /polices/ practice dependent on evidence based practice. 

 

It is desirable that you have a postgraduate qualification and have achieved at least level 3 on the PDRP and are working towards level four or Senior Nurse Level.
