    We’re looking for a skilled, motivated and energetic team member to bring their passion for administration, project coordination and recruitment

    to the organisation. This is a Fixed Term position that we’d like to fill as soon as possible, to enable us to meet our commitment of continuing to provide high level recruitment support and advice within the health sector.

 

You’ll become a trusted member of the team by supporting with project administration and coordination duties as well as end to end recruitment of clinical and non-clinical health professionals across a variety of service areas within the DHB. Being able to organise and prioritise your time effectively; and build relationships to work confidently alongside the Recruitment Advisors and Hiring Manager/Key stakeholders are key attributes needed to be effective in this role.  

 

Your commitment to customer service will ensure the candidate experience is a positive, memorable and consistent process.  We would prefer you to have significant administration and recent recruitment expertise with an interest in health care. 

 

The successful applicant will have training in our systems and processes so when you start working independently you’ll be able to hit the ground running. As this is an across district role, there will be Recruitment Advisors in both Dunedin and Invercargill that need support.
