Secretary – Early Intervention Psychosis Service

Dunedin Hospital

 

  • Permanent, 1 FTE (37.5 Hours per week)

 

Our busy Early Intervention in Psychosis Services team here in Otago are looking for an administrative extraordinaire to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

 

This is a varied position which involves providing a range of support services to the multidisciplinary team at EIS. The support provided includes undertaking tasks such as general secretarial and administrative duties, Dictaphone typing responsibilities, electronic timesheet processing and data entry.  You will be responsible for day-to-day diary management, as well as communication and correspondence, acting as a link for staff working out in the community.

 

The successful applicant must be well organised, have excellent communication skills, be competent in the areas of computer systems (word and excel) with the ability to learn new IT systems when required, You will be comfortable working alongside a multi-disciplinary team, and be a friendly first point of contact for patients and their families.
