Raise HOPE: Hapaia te Tumanako 2012-2015 is our local strategic plan for improving mental health and addiction outcomes. This section includes information on the plan, and its implementation.

The Mental Health and Addiction Planning Project (MHAPP) [Archive]. Archived information on a significant planning project undertaken by Planning & Funding (Mental Health and Addiction) during 2011-2012.  Includes planning process, terms of reference, Pathways to Support project, Workforce Survey, community presentations and MHAPP Publications (Initial Discussion Paper, Situational Analysis, Needs Assessment, Draft Plan and Consultation Document, Report on Public Consultation).
