MHAPP Cover Design Competition

The challenge

Design the cover for the Southern DHB Mental Health and Addiction Plan 2011-2016.

The prize

The winner had their design published as the cover of the five-year plan, and received a VISA "Prezzy Card" pre-loaded with $250.

The judges

The competition was judged by:
Gemma Griffin.  Gemma is the Project Manager of the Mental Health and Addiction Planning Project.
Robert West.  Robert was Director of Artsenta from 1998-2005 and is a practising artist who shows his work locally and nationally.  He currently works as a Service Manager for Southern DHB.

The rules

The competition was open to any resident of the Southern DHB area.
The design must be original and it must be able to be reproduced in A4 landscape format.  It can be submitted in any shape/form.  Any medium is acceptable, including computer-assisted design. 
There is no set theme.
