About the Role – what’s in it for me?
In this role, you will be providing essential support to the Patient journey and General Surgery Service by administering impact on life scoring system and assisting with other project work alongside the service leadership team. This largely involves making contact with patients to request responses to the life scoring system tool in order to facilitate the referral prioritisation process. It goes without saying that your involvement in this important process will make a valuable difference to patients and colleagues alike. In addition, you will have opportunities to apply and extend your skills in a rewarding environment.
The salary for this position is between $36,239 to $42,740 (pro-rata for part-time) per annum and will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
You must be a team player with very good communication skills, who understands and appreciates the need for attention to detail. You must also be comfortable interacting with a variety of people and attending to issues that arise – usually at the same time! We ask that in your application you demonstrate how your previous work experience in administration and/or customer service roles has honed your ability to prioritise and juggle tasks, within demanding timeframes.
