About the Team
As Educator you will be joining a team of experienced and positive nurses committed to advancing clinical knowledge and developing the practice of others. You will have the support of the Southland PDU Manager and will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver quality and evidence-based education.

You will be participating in the growth of new nurses and extending the knowledge base of the existing team so we are looking for someone that gets satisfaction at seeing others achieve.
You will have considerable post graduate experience in nursing, professional credibility in the community clinical setting with the confidence and passion for supporting and developing our nurses.
You must have first-rate knowledge of the professional standards and regulations for Nurses plus superior written and verbal communication, computer and interpersonal skills. It is essential that you are a Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate and either hold or be working towards an appropriate postgraduate qualification. Knowledge of, and proven performance in adult teaching and learning principles is required. You will be PDRP Proficient, Expert or Senior Nurse.
