The Outpatient Physiotherapy role involves working with a wide range of patients referred from the Orthopaedic, and Rheumatology Services, Outpatient Departments, as well as GP and community referrals, and first presentation ACC injuries. You will be based in our Physiotherapy Outpatient Department with our experienced team of Physiotherapists.
We have a number of part-time and full time fixed term vacancies currently available. We seek clinicians with a minimum of two years’ experience, that includes working within the area of any of the settings of orthopaedics, rehabilitation or musculoskeletal outpatients, and is looking to further their career in this field.
We are looking for therapists who enjoy working as part of an established team, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are driven and proactive in their ongoing development of advanced skills. We seek therapists who can work autonomously, manage and prioritise their caseload within the outpatient setting, while supporting the growth of students, junior staff and the Allied Health Assistant workforce.
We take pride in supporting our staff to grow as clinicians so we run an ongoing support and professional development programme including regular team in-services, senior staff mentoring and peer review, a comprehensive on-call competency training framework, and access to course and conference funding.
