About the Role
This role will see you assisting our multidisciplinary team with patient cares to ensure efficient and effective functioning for patients and staff. You will be well organised, have a friendly attitude and be natural and easy communicator, who is calm and patient. An integral part of our health care team, you must be able to take direction from both Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses. Experience working with people in the health sector and/or experience or knowledge of customer service would be an advantage. Full training and support will be provided.
Strongly supported by a tight knit team under the careful direction of the Charge Nurse Manager, you will enjoy working in a unit that strives for excellence in clinical services and exemplifies the team based model of care. Ward 4C is a 25 bed general surgical ward specialising in vascular, urology, plastics, breast and gynaecology and provides for both elective and acute surgical admissions.
We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who are dynamic, friendly and demonstrate a high level of initiative who wish to join a service that is supportive, friendly, committed to high standards of practice and supports on-going professional development. You will be well organised, have a friendly attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
