About the Team
We are a team of dedicated and supportive professionals providing administrative support functions for the Service. This includes using a range of electronic systems (including IPM, interRAI, Health Connect South), data processing and receiving and responding to a variety of queries via telephone and email. This is a short term vacancy in our four person administration team.
About the Role – what’s in it for me?
You’ll be responsible for administration tasks within the department. You can expect to be busy, challenged and surrounded by experienced practitioners and will work closely with the Clinical Needs Assessors within the service as well as external agencies, clients and families.
The salary for this position is between $37,788 and 42,740 pro rata per annum and will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
Previous experience in healthcare administration would be preferable and a high level of customer care and an excellent phone manner are also important skills in this role.
