Management Assistant for Building and Property

- Assisting with a fast paced and ever growing Building and Property team
About the Team
We are a small but efficient team based over Dunedin and Southland sites. You will be predominately working with the General Manager of Facilities and Property, but also working alongside and supporting other managers and members of the administration team within our Building and Property department.
About the Role – what’s in it for me?
A busy, largely autonomous role, your daily routine could involve any of the following activities and other general administrative tasks;
- Facilitating communication channels
- Organising meeting agendas
- Taking minutes
- Overseeing the GM’s and other Directorate Leaders schedules
- Financial reports and maintenance of financial and human resource systems
- Coordination of information for reports, collating and ensuring their timely delivery
Our ideal applicant will have a background in a varied administration position that exhibits your ability to anticipate, prioritise, multi task and deliver to time frames. You will have the ability to take direction when required and the confidence to build successful working relationships across a large organisation, while your eye for detail and use of initiative will see you accomplishing complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Your strong computer skills will include Excel, Word and Outlook, with PowerPoint and Microsoft Project being advantageous.
