About the opportunity
Within the Allied Health Unit there is a part-time permanent position available supporting the Social Work Outpatient team who work within the Women’s and Children’s Service and the Physiotherapy Outpatient Team. Flexibility to work across the Allied Health Unit is also required. This role is pivotal in ensuring that services are provided in a patient centred way.
Your daily support will involve entering patient referral information onto the iPM patient management system, booking appointments, managing a waiting list, ensuring that all clinical documents are uploaded onto the Otago Health Connect South system to ensure patient information is available to all clinical staff.
You will have a clear and transparent communication style, be a highly motivated, enthusiastic booking administrator who is willing to take on this busy role. This role will provide the opportunity for you to demonstrate exceptional administration skills and the ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a wider administration team. You will need to be adept at using your initiative, be IT savvy, well organised to ensure tasks/deadlines are met.

The salary for this position is currently between $43,580 and $51,259 pro-rata per annum and will be based on relevant experience and qualifications
