About the opportunity
Located in the hub of clinical administration, these busy and varied roles will often challenge your organisational skills with competing deadlines and conflicting priorities. You’ll be a positive communicator – both written and oral and be competent in MS Office Suite with particular focus on Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience using database systems and/or the capability to quickly pick these up is essential as you’ll be working with these on a daily basis.
As part of the administration team you will form part of the front line so your friendly, welcoming, resilient nature will be appreciated. A background in medical administration would be ideal but not essential. You’ll have a mature outlook, excellent relationship management skills and function well under the pressure that often occurs when dealing with the public in a health environment.
Some people find this kind of role challenging – but not you. You thrive on the pace and the challenge. In return, for the right person, we offer a supportive and friendly team, competitive remuneration and above all an excellent opportunity for fulfilling, part-time work.
Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps and Queenstown, renowned for adventure sports, is also a base for exploring the region’s vineyards and historic mining towns. There’s bungy jumping off Kawarau Gorge suspension bridge and jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers. In winter, theres skiing on the slopes of the Remarkables and Coronet Peak.
The salary for this position is between $45,580 and $53,259 pro-rata per annum and will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
