An exciting vacancy has come up in the Breast Care Services Outpatients Department for a Registered Nurse to join the department on a part-time, permanent basis at 0.4 FTE (16 hours per week).
About the opportunity
The Breast Care Services Outpatient Department is a dynamic, busy, challenging and rewarding place to work. You’ll work in this specialised department as a member of the multidisciplinary team with a primary focus to provide excellent patient care. You will also have the opportunity to work autonomously in nurse-led clinics once experience is gained.
Preferably you will have some experience within a Surgical / Oncology environment and/or Breast Care Service with a desire to develop this further with ongoing support. We will, however, provide comprehensive training if this position interests you and you want to develop specialised skills. If you work with a patient focused approach, have strong organisation skills, the ability to demonstrate exceptional initiative and flexibility, and have excellent nursing assessment skills then this could be the next opportunity for you.
