Associate Charge Nurse Managers
Assessment Treatment & Rehabilitation, Dunedin
- Permanent positions 0.7 FTE and 0.5 FTE
These roles would suit Senior Registered Nurses with excellent communication skills, advanced patient assessment skills, computer knowledge who enjoy working in a supportive interprofessional team environment.
Essential criteria will include:
- Recent experience at an Associate Charge Nurse level or on an Advanced Nursing development programme
- Nursing post graduate papers or a willingness to achieve same and evidence of working at Postgraduate Diploma level
- Recognised by peers as a leader of nursing practice
- Recent experience working on quality projects and supporting teams through change.
Ideally you would be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of optimising patient outcomes and facilitating effective rehabilitation using a patient centred and evidence-based approach to goal setting and intervention.
In addition, you will have enthusiasm and a willingness to commit to our team and patients. You will be expected to be active in-service quality initiatives, therefore be proactive, innovative and have a quality driven leadership approach.
