About the opportunity
This position reports to, and supports, the General Manager for Human Resources and provides administrative support to the wider team.
A busy, largely autonomous role, your daily routine could involve any of the following activities and other general administrative tasks;
- facilitating communication channels;
- organising meeting agendas and taking minutes;
- email management;
- overseeing the GM’s schedule, travel;
- complex diary management;
- dealing with complaints and compiling statistics;
- financial reports and maintenance of financial and HR systems;
- co-ordination of information for formal reports, collating and ensuring their timely delivery.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who has worked with senior execs and who can demonstrate skills in anticipation, prioritisation, and outcome delivery. You know how to take direction when required and have the confidence to build successful working relationships across a large organisation quickly. You have a keen eye for detail and your self-starting initiative will see you accomplishing complex tasks with minimal supervision. You pride yourself on being highly professional and a strong communicator who can offer trusted executive-level support. You will be a star multi-tasker, and it goes without saying that you will have excellent skills in all Microsoft products including PowerPoint and MS Project.

The salary for this position is in accordance with the DHBs/PSA Multi Employer Collective Agreement ranging from $54,929 to $63,915 per annum and will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
