Our ideal candidate?
This service, and health in general, is an extremely dynamic arena to operate in. With professional credibility as a leader and a reputation for getting things done, we are looking for someone with tenacity, excellent attention to detail and resilience who can get on and deliver within agreed timelines and parameters. You are a natural problem solver who will build key professional relationships quickly and be able to identify potential blockages and trouble shoot on the fly without too much supervision. You don’t tend to give up at the first hurdle, and your ability to take people along with you has been proven time and time again. Ideally, experience in the health sector would be preferred. We face a unique set of challenges, and the experience and ability to work together and build effective relationships with teams of doctors, nurses and allied health professionals will set you apart as a strong applicant.
