Our Womens Health Department at Dunedin Hospital is seeking registrations of interest from House Officers or Senior House Officers interested in working in their service for a period of 6 months. Eligible candidates will be able to start in this run either November 2017 or May 2018.
In a department that has a strong academic presence; opportunities for the successful candidate will be far and wide and will range from fertility clinics to surgery to pelvic floor to endometriosis and childbirth. In addition, strong teaching support is provided to those wishing to embark on the PGDipOMG or the PGCert in Womens Health. Our local lecturers give the programme an individual flavour, with hands on opportunities and great teaching sessions.
Whether you have a desire to train in O&G or wanting to move into General Practice or Rural Hospital Medicine, this role will provide you with what you need.
To be eligible to apply for this role, you must possess a keen interest in the area of Obstetrics & Gynaecology and have a minimum of 1 years post graduate medical experience.
