The South Island Regional Service Provider Index programme, is looking to employ a full time Senior Business Analyst for 6 months fixed term.
The South Island Alliance Programme Office (SIAPO) supports the South Island District Health Boards (SI DHBs) Alliance framework, including governance, leadership and operational components by providing regional planning and support services for the South Island Alliance teams, service based workstreams / networks and regional forums endorsed by the South Island Alliance Leadership Team.
The South Island Alliance (SIA) is responsible for the delivery of the health initiatives for the South Island as outlined in the Ministry of Health, National Technology & Digital Services and South Island Regional Services Plans. SIA was established to ensure a sustainable service that continues to reduce disparity in access and outcomes while increasing health gain for the whole South Island population.
The Senior Business Analyst will be required to:
- Provide methodical investigation
- Analysis and documentation of all aspects of the Regional Service Provider Index (RSPI)
- Work in conjunction with the Programme Manager, RSPI programme team, DHBs and RSPI steering committee
- Inform and support the development of the Business Case
The successful candidate will have experience in the NZ Health IT industry, IT or a business environment in a Business Analysis role and has proven experience in system evaluation, design and implementation.
