Are you a Registered Nurse with recent Mental Health nursing experience looking for a new opportunity? 


Ward 9c is an Acute Mental Health Inpatient ward, providing care for the full range of general adult mental health disorders, including youth, mothers and babies, and eating disorders. We seek an enthusiastic experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis working shifts on an ‘as and when required’ basis.


We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who are dynamic, innovative and wish to join a service that is committed to high standards of practice and supports ongoing professional development. 


Having won previous awards for quality and teaching we are keen to place a motivated nurse who wants to make a difference and will join us in facilitating our group programme as well as working in partnership with individuals.  The ward is busy and diverse and will require someone who has a good general mental health background with experience in the acute mental health sector.


Candidates must be New Zealand Registered Nurses, and hold a current APC as well as a scope of practice that enables you to work in Mental Health.
