Unit Manager, Allied Health and Care Coordination Centre (CCC) Southland

Southland Hospital, Invercargill

  • Fulltime or part-time position

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced health professional to manage our Allied Health Unit (AHU) and Care Coordination Centre here at Southland Hospital, developing the team while focusing on the key accountabilities of operational leadership, service planning, quality and risk management, and financial performance.  A background experience in Allied Health is highly desirable.

While this is currently a fulltime role, consideration would be given to split the position into two 0.5 FTE roles dependant on the applicants.

 

You will be primarily responsible for the day to day operational management of Allied Health and the Care Coordination Centre, leading and enabling the team to achieve timely and appropriate service outcomes, and working in partnership with Professional Leaders for accreditation, clinical pathway development and service improvements.
