Administration Officer – Practice Development Unit (PDU)

Dunedin Hospital

 

  • Permanent 0.6 FTE
  • 24 Hours per week

 

 

Our practice development unit is looking for a permanent Administration Officer to join their team.

 

We’re looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a variety of people and tasks all at the same time. Your background will be in varied administration positions that demonstrate your ability to provide high quality administration services within a busy office setting. Previous hospital administration experience and familiarity with oracle will be a huge advantage but we will also consider applicants that can show us they have transferable skills from previous roles.

 

To be successful in this role you will need to have an eye for detail, be flexible and have the ability to think laterally applying a mature approach to your work. You should also have excellent computer skills including database experience.

 

An hourly salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on their experience and qualifications.
