Quality and Performance Facilitator
- 0.7 FTE (28 Hours per week)

Reporting to the Quality & Performance Improvement Manager and working alongside a team focused on quality improvement you will facilitate and implement improvement activities to support and progress various initiatives across the DHB.
You will be naturally business and analytically minded, have an understanding of systems improvement methodologies, which will be complemented by your broad knowledge and understanding of clinical activities within a major hospital/DHB and its associated patient flows. We are looking for someone with a tertiary qualification and experience in utilising Lean or other improvement methods.
The key to the success of this position will be your exceptional communication skills; you’ll be a natural at building successful working relationships, and adept at documenting and conveying ideas and information to all relevant staff across the services you interact with. Your previous experience in hitting targets, managing results, and your ability to bring positive alternative ways of thinking to support systems improvement will have you hit the ground running and making this role your own!
