We’re looking for a skilled, motivated and positive team member to bring their passion for recruiting and building relationships across all levels of the organisation. This is a permanent, fulltime position that we’d like to fill as soon as possible, to enable us to meet our commitment of continuing to provide high level recruitment support and advice within the health sector.
You’ll become a trusted advisor managing end to end recruitment of clinical and non-clinical health professionals across a variety of service areas within the DHB. Your role will involve creating sourcing strategies to achieve the short and long term hiring goals often within hard to fill areas. You’ll also have the ability to offer expert advice across campaign planning, the hiring process and ultimately finding the right person for the job. Being able to organise and prioritise your time effectively; and build relationships to work confidently alongside senior management will be strengths of yours.
Your commitment to customer service will ensure the candidate experience is a positive, memorable and consistent process. We would prefer you to have significant recruitment expertise, ideally from an agency environment, with an interest in health care.
The successful applicant will have training in our systems and processes so when you start working independently you’ll be able to hit the ground running. As this is an across district role, there will be managers in both Dunedin and Invercargill that need support, therefore some travel is involved.
