Registered Nurse – Waitaki Community Mental Health Service
- 0.5 FTE, 40 hours per fortnight
The Waitaki Community Mental Health Service is Multi-Disciplinary Team that services the North Otago District. It provides support to Child and Youth, Alcohol and Drug, Adult and Elderly services. It also provides an after-hours on call crisis service.
We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse either with experience of working with patients with mental illness or with an interest in developing this in a community setting to join our team on a part-time basis. You would also be available to cover the out of hours on call Duly Authorized Officer or the second health professional role.
Preference would be given to Registered Nurses with experience in mental health though all applicants will be considered.
This is an exciting opportunity for registered nurses to work within a well-established, experienced team that works collaboratively within a rural community.
