Description

Enrolled Nurse – Perioperative Service

Southland Hospital

  • Fixed Term, part-time, 0.6 FTE (24 Hours per week)
  • Build on your Perioperative Nursing Skills

We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse with a “can do”, positive attitude. Our team is focused on patient centred care, so your kind nature and ability to adapt to rapidly changing clinical situations will ensure the patient journey is a smooth one. Recent Perioperative experience and sound clinical skills are essential.

You’ll find yourself part of a friendly and professional team working in a modern hospital with first rate facilities.  We take great pride in our sense of community down south, and you will see this in the tight knit family feel amongst the staff. Invercargill is a modern city offering easy access to many outstanding leisure pursuits.

You’ll have access to ongoing professional development and given the wide geographical area the hospital covers, there will be many opportunities for variety in your work.

You must be registered as an Enrolled Nurse under the HPCA Act 2003 and have a current Practising Certificate, transitioned to the new scope of practice.

Closing Date: Sunday 25th February 2018
