Administrator – Contracts
Contracts Team, Strategy and Planning Directorate - Dunedin
You’ll become an integral member of the contracts team supporting and assisting in the administration, generation, and monitoring of Service Contracts with Contract Manager guidance and direction. You will also support the Contract Team in the administration of local Health and Disability service procurement practices and the administration of NGO Audit Activities. You will be the main point of contact for SDHB contract enquiries. Being able to organise and prioritise your time effectively; and build relationships to work confidently alongside the Managers and Key stakeholders are key attributes needed to be effective in this role.
As you will be the main point of contact for SDHB contract enquiries, it is important that you have an excellent client service focus and experience in effective relationship management. The ability to be flexible and cope with fluctuating work demands is a quality we are looking for as is the ability to analyse data but this is not essential. Significant administration experience using MS Excel, word and Power Point is essential.
