General House Officer and SHO roles including Paediatrics and O&G

We have several roles available commencing the end of August and September, and welcome applications from RMOs who are keen to explore what the beautiful southern region has to offer whilst receiving some of the best teaching and learning experiences available.  As part of a small team, you'll have excellent access to your Registrar & Consultant, and unrivalled opportunities to experience any of the varied presentations to the hospital - ensuring an enviable broad skill base that you'll put to excellent use in your burgeoning career. 

The commute to work is fantastic (5 - 20 mins) and with the opportunities to explore numerous activities outdoors, why consider anywhere else?  

Runs are available in the following specialties:

General Medicine

Surgical

AT&R (Rehab)

Paediatrics

O&G

Reliever

With 24/7 access to the library, weekly teaching and Grand Rounds, journal clubs and regular RMO forums you'll be continually supported in your development.

Applicants should have a minimum one year post graduate experience in a House Officer role.  If you are new to Invercargill then we can provide you with one weeks free accommodation at our Doctors Residence.

Please note the current roles available are only suitable for those at PGY2 and above.
