If you are looking to join a supportive team in a friendly environment then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for. The team at Public Health South are looking for an experienced administrator to join them in a busy job-share role. Your hours/days will be negotiated and flexible.
This is a very diverse role where your tasks vary from day to day so you’ll need to be the kind of person who enjoys variety, likes to get out and about and has a can-do attitude. You will be involved in a range of clerical duties such as: maintaining and distributing health education resources in accordance with Authorised Provider Best Practice guidelines on behalf of the service (district wide). You will also be required to provide cover with reception and be willing to support and assist other staff as required and provide relief cover to team members on leave. Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential.
To be the successful applicant for this role you will be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and be an effective multi-tasker. Your strong communication skills and team focused approach is essential in your ability to effectively support the team. Some travel may also be required.
The salary range is currently between $35,792 and $42,108 pro-rata per annum and will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
