Management Assistant – Information Services
- Permanent, 0.7 FTE ( 28 hours per week)
The Information Services team has an exciting opportunity for an administration / coordinator extraordinaire to join their team on a permanent basis to lead and be responsible for the core administrative and operational functions to support the Information Systems team.
An essential part of your role will be to support the administrative function and coordinate the team to ensure the smooth daily running of the department. This may include but is not limited to facilitating meetings, preparation for presentations and taking a lead role in training team members in some systems. A key part of the role will be to manage the department Risk Register, Incident Management and Contract Management processes.
It is important that you are a team player, who takes responsibility for your role and applies initiative and continuously identifies improvement opportunities to perform tasks in the most efficient and effective way.
You will ideally have 5+ years’ experience in a Service Coordination and Administrative Support role and be familiar with contract, asset and risk management software & methodologies. You will be a motivated person with excellent customer service and outstanding communication skills, who thinks outside the square and isn’t afraid to ask questions when required.
This role is a 28 hour a week role, Monday to Friday, hours are negotiable.
