Information and Records Management Coordinator – Corporate Records

This is a new and exciting opportunity to work alongside the Clinical and Corporate Records Manager to compile a comprehensive and (up-to-date) inventory and appraisal/disposal ledgers of all corporate/business records across the Southern DHB. Get ready to make a real difference!
You will assist in defining classifications in order to comply with the relevant sections within the Public Records Act (PRA) 2005 and the General Disposal Authority (GDA) for DHBs 2006, the Contracts and Commercial Law Act 2017 and other relevant Information and Records Management standards so relevant experience in recordkeeping or information and records management is essential.
You will need to be physically fit and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
You will be geographically located in the Clinical Records Department but this role will involve regular travel around the entire Southern District so you’ll need a full, clean drivers licence.
