Supply Officer – Supply Chain

Be part of the team that delivers an essential supply service across all clinical and non-clinical areas of the Southern District Health Board. Make a real difference to our staff and patients with your efficient and reliable service across a range of wards and clinical areas.
About the role
Reporting to the Supply Team Leader, you will form an integral part of a small and committed team. This role is responsible for delivering and maintaining a reliable supply service to a range of wards and clinical services across the Southern DHB.
The successful applicant will be provided with full and ongoing training in Oracle, as well as other job specific software.
In order to hit the ground running it is preferred that you will come to us with proficient Microsoft Office skills, and a computer savvy nature allowing you to pick up new systems and concepts quickly.
In addition to this, you will have good literacy and numeracy skills, complemented by your excellent customer service skills. You will be an engaging team player, both confident and professional. This role will see you working both with others and independently, so you will need to be able to self-manage as well as work with a wide range of internal and external stake holders.
