Administration Officer – Specialist Addiction Service (SAS)
Wakari Hospital, Dunedin
- Permanent, part-time (37.5 hours per week)
The Specialist Addiction Service is a multidisciplinary team whose role is to provide assessment and outpatient treatment, for those with addiction issues and substance use disorders.
We are now looking to appoint a highly productive, well skilled Administration Officer who would thrive in being part of the dedicated team above.
To be effective in this role you’ll need at least two years clerical administration experience; excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), and a solid working knowledge of office systems and procedures. You’ll also have excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You’ll be someone who enjoys supporting the team with your ability to prioritise, work to strict deadlines and your exemplary attention to detail.
Given the nature of the work undertaken in this role and in this environment, it is also an absolute requirement that you understand and can demonstrate clear boundaries with regards to all aspects of privacy.

The salary for this position is from $36,239 to $40,894 (pro-rata for part-time) per annum and will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
