Clinical Team Manager, Invercargill Community Mental Health Team

About the role:
An exciting and varied opportunity has become available for a full-time Clinical Team Manager.
The position is responsible for the management of a multi-disciplinary team working out of the Invercargill site.
Due to the large geographical area the Invercargill Community Mental Health Services cover, this can be a challenging role. However, this will provide rewarding experiences and career development for the right applicant, as they support the ongoing development of services.
The successful applicant will be a Registered Health professional and have a minimum of five years post graduate experience in the specialist area of Mental Health & Addictions and preferably recent leadership and management experience.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following:
- An ability to work under pressure as a team player committed to excellence in service delivery
- An understanding of the health needs of rural and urban New Zealand
- A strategic focus and ability to see the big picture
This role is anticipated to be a period of up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
