Do you have relevant and recent experience in an acute setting? - Do you feel like a change? - Want to learn new skills and increase your knowledge? Our team in Ward 7A/7B are looking for Registered Nurses with a minimum of 1 year NZ Clinical experience that has the skills and knowledge to join this busy acute area on a permanent, part time basis. 

Within this role you will work closely with other departments in the hospital and have the opportunity to build up a high level of skill and knowledge which will be valuable for the rest of your career in areas such as BiPAP, CPAP and ECG Interpretation.  You’ll be expected to develop and use advanced assessment skills and knowledge, to deliver the highest standards of patient care. The environment is fast paced, but the work is rewarding and you will be closely supported by a tight knit team all dedicate to providing the highest quality patient care.

To join our supportive team you will be a dynamic, flexible and motivated nurse who is enthusiastic about their professional development.  Of course you’ll also be a team player who communicates well, works with high professional standards, and ideally comes from a coronary care, medical or surgical background.  If you already have High Dependency, Acute or Coronary Care skills and Level 6 CPR this would certainly be an advantage but not essential. If you are passionate and willing to learn, we want to hear from you!
