Administration Officer-Cervical Screening
- Part-time, 0.8FTE (32 hours per week)
- Fixed term to 30 June 2019 (could potentially be extended)
- 8.00am to 4.30pm Tuesday to Friday
The Population Health Service wish to appoint an Administration Officer to support our Population programmes with a special focus on Cervical Screening Programme. We welcome applications from personable administrators who are keen to join our team. This could be a great opportunity for a school leaver!
Within this role you will work with the National Cervical Screening Register and undertake other administration duties, including: invoice management, minute taking, MoH work list tasks, and maintenance of data bases. As part of the Population Health team you will be flexible to support other parts of the business for example Before School Checks, NIR and HPV administrative activities.
Confidentiality, a good sense of humour and the commitment to being a team player are critical to this role. You will also need to be able to familiarise yourself with the DHB patient Management Systems, and be a confident user of Microsoft computer systems.
The salary for this position is between $36,329 and $42,740 (pro-rata for part-time) per annum and will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
