About the role

As the Supply Administrator, you will be responsible for the Supply Chain support activities that improve efficiency, effectiveness and reduce or remove waste. You will be expected to liaise with all members of the supply team and provide support to meet combined objectives. Key activities are focused around continuously driving improvements in supply chain efficiencies through a proactive approach and effective relationships with clinicians, suppliers, Pharmac and Onelink.


About you

You will have good attention to detail, be well organised, understand supply chain, have ERP/ MRP systems experience and be someone who will enjoy the challenge of further developing systems and processes to improve functional effectiveness.


A large part of your role will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders and so a customer service ethos, and excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills will be critical to your success.


You should be self- motivated, innovative, professional, willing to learn and be someone who embodies the Southern DHB values in all that you do.

The salary for this position is $43,580 and $51,259 per annum in line with the DHBs/PSA South Island Administrative MECA (S4).
