Registered Nurse-Emergency Department, Queenstown

Lakes District Hospital - Queenstown

  • Fulltime position (1.0FTE)
  • Fixed term to 24.5.19

This is an immediate start fixed term role and a great opportunity for you to be part of a team working in one of the most enviable parts of the country!

The successful applicant must have the ability to initiate and accept responsibility, work autonomously where appropriate or necessary and have the ability to function well in a multi-disciplinary team.  It is essential that applicants have a minimum three years post graduate with ED experience.

You will be responsible for providing a high standard of nursing care to all patients, using knowledge based practise and a holistic nursing approach, in accordance with quality and legislative requirements. 

You must be registered in accordance with the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 as a Registered Nurse and have a current Practising Certificate.
