Administration Officers – Community Oral Health Service
Southland and Otago
- 2 Permanent part-time positions – 20 hours per week one based in Invercargill and one in Dunedin
If you are successful in securing this position - you will be joining a dedicated, supportive and friendly team of health professionals!
You will become a trusted member of the team, being involved in a variety of administrative tasks which may vary on a daily basis.
We are looking for experienced, motivated and energetic Administration Officers to provide the Oral Health Service with a customer focused administration support which in turn will contribute to the effective and efficient functioning of the District Oral Health Team.
You will be self-motivated and it is preferable that you have experience with data input and that you have a courteous and effective communication style. You will be making appointments and following up on those who didn’t attend. You will also be enrolling new patients as well as general administration tasks. It is important that you are confident using the Microsoft Office suite.
The hours will be worked in the afternoons / early evenings.
