Enrolled Nurse – Ward 9b (Adult Intensive and Acute Care Adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit)

About the Team
As part of the team on Ward 9b you’ll work with a multi-disciplinary clinical team who provide input to consumers who require comprehensive assessment and / or treatment. The majority of consumers present with serious complex mental health issues.
About You / About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse – preferably with Mental Health Nursing experience to join our supportive team. You will have a range of skills and the ability to work effectively with a large team, to a high standard within your scope of practice. To be successful in this role you must be positive with great communication skills, and you will have a passion for supporting people with mental illness from admission to discharge.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills, working alongside patients in a complex environment to meet their identified needs in the MDT setting. The emphasis is on the delivery of safe client focused care in an ever changing dynamic setting, working closely with the Associate Charge Nurse Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist and Registered Nurses within our service.
You must also be registered as an Enrolled Nurse with NCNZ (Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice, NCNZ, 2010) and have a current Practicing Certificate.
